In April of 1985, Penn & Heather Clark left their home and native land in Canada to become missionaries here in the United States, as Penn had been invited as a church planter to help establish a church in northern New York. Since then God has taken him to many of the neediest places on earth to help establish safe churches and networks - all geared to preparing God's people for the great end-time harvest. Penn and Heather pastored Rhema Fellowship in Lowville, New York for over 21 years and gave oversight to a number of churches. Then in 2001, they formed Word of Grace Network and moved their base of ministry to Penn Yan, New York. Since 2009, they have been working at establishing WellSpring Fellowship.
Phil and LaReta Riehl were raised in this area and had been part os a Mennonite church before being introduced to the newness of life that comes from receiving the baptism with the Holy Spirit. Since then, they have been growing in grace and entered ministry in 2005.
They own and operate Oak Hill Bulk Food Store which is just outside of Penn Yan. They have a growing family of four who are all interested in missions.
Nelson and Amy Miller were raised as Mennonites in Pennsylvania and became involved with WellSpring through our outreach in Baltimore. We ordained Nelson as an assistant pastor in May 2012.
